| A letter from United Displaycraft to WCTI Account Manager Gina Reynolds Dear Gina, I first started working with CCMSI and WCTI back in 1994, as a matter of fact, you were our main contact. At that time I was very new to worker's comp issues. Due to my inexperience, it was very important to have someone at the other end that knew the laws and regulations of worker's comp. I was glad I could count on WCTI to help me with our injured employees, as well as the claims. It was not until our company left the Trust that I learned the importance of a very well informed claim consultant and also the value of having one point of contact. While dealing with other carriers, I had to call 800 numbers and whoever picked up the phone, is who I dealt with. This made it very difficult to have any continuity because I had to explain the same story over and over again. I don't even want to think about it.
