Annual Meeting Awards
Each year awards are distributed to members for no lost time accidents, safety excellence, and exceptional safety performance.
No Lost Time Award
In recognition for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment and achieving no lost time accidents.
Award for Safety Excellence
In recognition for the management of an outstanding safety program, achieving a loss ratio less than 10% and a MSAP score of 90% or greater.
Chairperson’s Award for Safety
In recognition for exceptional safety performance. WCTI recognizes one member’s long-term safety commitment to promoting and providing a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications: A company must meet the criteria for the Award for Safety Excellence (see above) and submit an essay that describes its safety program with highlights of specific accomplishments, as well as management commitment, safety activities, and involvement with WCTI events and activities.
